Hi, we at Masala Memoirs have created this fundraiser to share these the Indian diaspora's culinary stories, blending tradition with innovation.

Inspired by the deep-rooted generosity of Indian culture—especially when it comes to food—we've launched this fundraiser to support Gandhighar Kachholi School in Gujarat, India. This school provides a home and education for hearing and speech impaired orphans (up to age 18). Every dollar raised will go toward ensuring these students receive nutritious meals.
