Indian Wings

These wings are appetizers for our sporting events that we have every few months. When we have super bowl parties or when we have watch parties for the Braves, these wings are a hit!
Recipe:
Ingredients (Serves 1-2)
1 packet of 12 wings
2 tablespoons of whole milk yogurt
1/3 packet of Shaan Chicken Tikka seasoning
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon blended cumin
3 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
cilantro (garnish)
Method:
Clean and remove skin/fat from wings
Mix in all ingredients
Then allow the meat to marinate over 15 minutes
Once done cook meat in a pan over high heat for 5 min
Then decrease temperature to medium heat and simmer for 25 minutes
In between check on food and mix lightly with periodic checking
Then garnish with cilantro and serve

50 minutes
