Indian lamb chops are marinated in a rich blend of yogurt and spices, then grilled to tender perfection. They are renowned for their aromatic flavors and succulent texture, making them a favorite in Indian cuisine.


Recipe: 

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste

  • 2 tablespoon yogurt

  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin seeds

  • Salt and green chili paste (to taste)

  • 4 lamb chops

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together to create a paste-like texture.

  2. Place paste onto the lamb chops

  3. Marinate overnight 

  4. Then bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour

  5. Ready to serve
