Tandoori Shrimp

Tandoori Shrimp a flavorful tasty dish that is one of my grandpa's favorites. It has a spicy barbecue taste to it, leaving a lasting impression in your mouth.
Recipe:
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Shrimp
4-5 wooden skewers
1/2 lb of shrimp
1/2 bunch cut cilantro
1 lemon sliced into 8 pieces
Marinade mix
3/4 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon whole milk yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 & 1/4 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 clove of blended garlic
1/2 cilantro bunch
Method:
Blend garlic and cilantro to make a paste
Then mix in yogurt, lemon juice, chili, salt, masala, etc.
Add shrimp and let this mixture sit for 25 minutes
Then loop the shrimp on the skewers
You can then turn on oven at approximately 350 degrees
String on skewers in oven; cook for 8-10 minutes and then high heat (broil) for another 5 minutes to give it a charred look like the grill
Now, turn the skewers so the other side may cook
Once complete it is ready to serve
You may top it with the chopped cilantro and sprinkle lemon juice as desired
